A: Nope — what you see listed is exactly what you’ll pay. No surprises, no add-ons, no hidden fees.
A: For uninterrupted service, a credit card is required on file. Charges are processed in advance based on your selected cleaning schedule (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
A: We make every effort to accommodate your requested cleaning date. However, if we are not scheduled to be in your area that day, we may ask to service your bins the following day instead.
After your initial cleaning, we will align your service with others in your town to ensure efficient routing and consistent, timely service. As a result, your second cleaning may occur one to two weeks before or after your selected frequency in order to properly align with our established routes.
A: You don’t need to stick around! As long as your bins are out, we’ll take care of everything curbside.
A: Absolutely! We work with all trash schedules — even late pickup days — so your bin gets cleaned right along with collection
A: Yes! We operate year-round — even in freezing conditions — because bins get dirty in every season.
A: Not at all. Our truck carries its own fresh water supply and handles everything — we don’t touch your home water.
